WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
New patients should call (360) 634 - 8949 and discuss their needs with us. If you leave a voicemail, the call will be returned as soon as possible, typically within an hour or two during business hours. We accept referrals from attorneys, claim managers, vocational counselors, and other practices.
WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU TAKE?
At this time we are taking L&I claims, but our panel is closed to new self-insured claims. Sorry. no federal claims. Non-medicare patients can be seen on a cash pay basis. Medicare patients may be seen on a cash-pay basis for non-urgent care under certain limited circumstances.

We are a Hippocratic medical practice.
We use a holistic, patient-centered approach, mindful that social, economic, emotional, familial, and spiritual issues need to be addressed and understood for patients to thrive. We provide trauma-informed care from a Health At Every Size perspective.
WHAT DOES A VISIT COST?
Injured worker visits are covered by the state at no cost to the injured worker. Private pay patients receive discounts for payment at time of service. We are able to accept credit and debit cards; inquire for a full list of payment options.
