Principal clinician
Jonathan Clemens, DMSc, PA-C
Clinically practicing as a PA in Thurston County since 2012, Jonathan has been treating injured workers since 2015. Trained as a family medicine PA, he has also worked in sleep, pain, urgent care, and eating disorders medicine. He has active licenses in Washington, Utah, and Montana
Medical Director
Jim Heid, MD
Dr. Heid provides medical oversight for ErgoCare's PAs and sees medically stable patients via Telemedicine. When not seeing patients, he consults as an executive coach. He has active licenses in Oregon and Washington
Psychiatric Physician Assistant
Melody Moore, LICSW, PA-C
Melody specializes in care for injured workers with accepted mental health conditions, doing most of our psychiatric medication management. She is licensed in North Carolina and Washington as both a PA and a clinical social worker.
Physician Assistant
Paige Whitworth, PA-C
Paige has an extensive history in emergency medicine and will be holding in person clinic hours in Olympia beginning October 2026.
Clinic Manager

Terri manages administrative tasks for ErgoCare, including scheduling, medical records, and interpreter coordination.
